Remanufactured injector product
The injector is a component part of the fuel injection system. It delivers fuel via spray into the intake manifold in front of the intake valve.
The main reason for injector failure is the accumulation of debris and rust that clogs the holes that spray the fuel.
To prolong its lifespan, the fuel filters must be correctly maintained and good quality fuel must be used.
At Izar, we refurbish used/ damaged injectors and transform them into new ones ready to performe again.

Remanufactured parts are just as reliable as a brand new parts.
The process how each one are made is different though. Less water and energy are used for remanufactured components. The raw material are cores that have already been used. They are cleaned and have some of its components replaced. At the end, in terms of quality and robustness both are equivalent.
All the useful parts of the raw material are used. However, it is usual that nozzles, washers, gaskets, solenoid valves… are replaced.
Everything goes through a rigorous process that guarantees the maximum usability and functionality.
If in stock, the shipping leadtime is about 24 – 48 hours. If it is under production from 3 to 5 working days.
You must write an email to orders@izarauto.com with photos of the injector and the invoice to start processing your warranty.
